Between the border of Surigao del Norte (Claver) and Surigao del Sur (Carrascal). Unpaved, single lane, two-way traffic with deep ravines and landslide-prone areas! Much more dangerous than Kennon Road.

Come and visit and see for yourself, just take a ride a Bachelor Express bus from Surigao City to Tandag City. Also, lots of mining activities going on around the highway. The Pacific Ocean and the Diwata Mountain Range are polluted and exploited.

Taken on a Bachelor Bus (Sorry for the shaky camera).
