This is definitely a laugh for the ages. On May 19th, 1991, my mother attended the Georgia Renaissance Festival, a place where the medieval times are always celebrated. On this date as she was attending the festival, she stopped by to watch the Wise Guys (Leonardo and Michelangelo) act out a comedy skit from Christopher Columbus's voyage to discover the New World. Even people in the audience get to portray the people in the script as the audience act as the crew. My mom tapes the entire thing, but is in for a major surprise at the end! Love you, mom!
*The battery ran low at the end and my mom could not get the full skit, but got most of it. The Wise Guys no longer act at the GRF, but we thank them for their time of bringing everyone while they were there, some laughter, enjoyment, and entertainment. Thank you, Wise Guys!*
Thanks for posting this! We saw them perform this same show in Harveysburg, Ohio the same year. It brings back great memories, as we were there with our entire family, laughing our heads off. The Wise Guys were one of the very best acts there ever!
