I saw on Day one that you did really good with your water. That is my downfall, although I have been really doing a lot better with it this year, than i did last year.
So happy to see you getting in some veggies, Angie!!! I never ate veggies, until i got into my healthy way of eating. Veggies were a can of green beans or canned corn. LOL That is not even a part of my diet now at all. dinner and lunch always has a load of veggies for me now. Breakfast is fruit, smoothie, oatmeal or omelet. I hate diets. I just try to stick to one ingredient foods for my way of eating and it really works!
