I love Aled's version of the song. I was thinking a day or two before this aired how it would be great if he performed this on Songs of Praise... and then he did.

Quite possibly Emma, but Aled always looks gorgeous no matter what his weight is. :)
His slight fluctuations, to me confirms how completely relaxed and 'normal' he is and that he enjoys life and isn't a slave to 'image' as the pretentious celebrities are. Another example of Aled's qualities that sets him apart from the rest. As Todd says, he'll lose the weight very quickly once Chitty begins.
