As a Texan, I find the comment "It's Texas! It's Texas!" ergo what does one expect to be flippant and ignorant. There are those in Texas who can't stand Perry or the dumb decisions he makes. We just can't get rid of him. I still cannot fathom how this jerk is still the Guv except that he is GOP and his GOP supporters will continue to support the party. BTW, I wouldn't want to be working inside of a prison on a weekend after these guys go hungry for awhile.

@Ironhide0563 They haven't cut the daily calories, just reduced the food service to 2x a day on weekend unless the inmate has a special diet due to health reasons. It's public information, douchebag.

Regarding the last meal, it isn't right to abuse them with rancid food, but there is no "right" to lobster flown in fresh from Alaska and chocolate cake from their favorite restaurant in New York. This kind of thing is damned expensive, and I can't believe they can fully enjoy a meal on "the big day" anyway.
