Learn about the three forms a fetal lung abnormality can take: congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation of the lung (CCAM), pulmonary sequestration, also known as bronchopulmonary sequestration, BPS, and a hybrid lesion, a blend of the first two, CCAM and a sequestration.
Parents, nurses and doctors at the Center for Fetal Diagnosis and Treatment talk about fetal lung abnormalities and how The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia is making great strides in fetal surgery and the treatment of children with these conditions. More info at fetalsurgery.chop.edu.
