Intro:
I share my shock at what I found when Googling "sun gazing." There's a Jain gentleman from Asia who came to the West to teach a sun gazing practice. The sun was treated as an object - I found no reverence in it - and one gazed to reach benefits.

He outlined about a year-long practice that would end when one worked up to gazing 44 minutes straight. Supposedly, then, one wouldn't have to eat anymore - and would have many things healed, and other claims like that.

Being so stunned, I put all of that into my heart, and just waited to see what would come. This video does that. I was shown how I, too, initially looked on the sun more as an object than an object that represented Source and Higher Light to me. It was apparently mind that was stunned - not heart.

So - well, humility is good. It lets you receive messages like that. And, one way to humility is found in pursuit of the no-mind way of being. Humility is a natural outcome of that.

This is a very chatty video, my friends. I share finding a millipede and escorting him outside - and what I do with ticks. Remember, now, I live in the country. Bugs and such are a natural part of that. We live with them always. They're very much a part of life...

  • You are amazing! Thank you! Keep doing what you are doing. You are dead on. :-)

Your puppy scared me. It is very funny though.

  • @kreveo2577

    Thanks for the lovely comment.

Yeah, he startled me, too. Poor little guy keeps trying to play with the kitties - who aren't having any of it, lol.

  • love you... :)

  • @earthbowl

    Thank you so much :)

  • does anyone else experience a black disk at the centre of the sun while sungazing? I can look directly at the sun with no pain and that black disk apears, I just stop as is probably not good for my eyes.

  • @mistresspav

Hey, for some reason YT marked this as spam and didn't let me know it was here.

As for the black disk, I think it's just the negative image of the sun. It's best to limit sungazing to an hour around sunset and sunrise. Maybe then you'll have a bit less of that experience. I don't know, though.

It's good to err on the side of caution, as you are :)

You just happened into my video, here - one of over 1,000. The earlier ones cover many bases.

I am not out to "reach more people." Rather, I'm just here sharing my heart. If some respond, good. That gives me joy. I'm not marketing something to an "audience." Far from it.

  • @theseeyesgod I understand the difference between mind controlled speaking and speaking from your true self. However, in order to reach people who aren't open to a new idea it should be done in a format they can digest so the new idea is given a fair chance in that persons life. It's fine to be in the moment to deliver a message but consider your audiences may not quite be ready for that and cater to both if you want to reach more people.

  • @supercabbagefart

Well, if it wasn't for your channel name, I probably wouldn't respond. Clearly, tho, you have a sense of humor, so I guess there's hope for you, yet ;)

I hear what you're saying. I also am aware that you're speaking from mind. Life is quite different when viewed from center or heart - radically so. With mind in the back seat (instead of driving) life is really quite a pleasant experience - even the difficult parts. So I really can recommend it

Go back & listen from there
