Strange selection of shots, many are entirely ordinary - seen in any average frame of snooker. Some unusual ones and good snookers, but not a good list at all for the most part - especially for "Shot of the Decade"...

@Justdisco2 Probably because the majority of his great shots were exhibition shots, which were done long after he won the frame. By the lists definintion a great shot has to be made under pressure.

television was always on the verge of destroying the game...It wasn't television that made it popular in the 70's and 80's. it was the discovery by many that you could be great at the game yourself. Those that knew of the game, , knew through attending matches and reading, not from watching T.V. Pot Black was an exception, because the British have always revered bad television.
