I remember watching the first Phantasm movie when I was a kid. I loved it. I continued to watch every sequel since the first movie I watched. I am a true fan of the horror genre, and am looking forward to watching this one as well. I give thanks to Angus, Reggie, and all the others involved in making a great horror movie series. I am also introducing a friend to the series, as he has never seen them before. I think I got him hooked on the mere description alone, lol.

I love Phantasm, but let's not do another sequel. Let's leave it where it's at. Angus is too old to be the Tall Man, a man who shouldn't age. At this point it's all about the money. Fuck 3D, fuck sequels, fuck remakes.

Wouldn't a prequel be the logical choice? This way Don could set up an entire new storyline. Maybe something set in the fifties or involving Jody's and Michael's parents.
