The rose icon replaces the star after you reach one million roses. The song is the same obnoxious song!

Why does this seem so different than my American PS2 version? I mean, the now loading rose icon, the fact the final star has no name (or maybe it does - the video quality's so blurry). Even the song seems a little off. Can anyone explain this to me?
