It is so sad, that the US government is so incompetent & so corrupt that it cannot do what 1 man can do! Kudos to you Mr. Pickens, for educating the masses. Because without it, our corrupt Congress/Bush being lobbied(more like bribery in my opinion) by Oil Companies, Arab fundamentalists/Saudi royal family, that Congress will do whatever it can to block your plan! We should of build windmills after the 1st gulf war, & maybe 911 would of never happened! Instead we are now slaves to Saudi Arabia!

In fact people lease the small plot of land for the base of the wind turbine for about 4000 bucks per year. Damn, are there actually people who don't know this still?
