What a fun plane! How hard would it be to up date this bird to a 3 or 4 channel RC flyer?

Dude, This all I fly. Control line is my hobby. But I do fly very little R.C. I dont have much interest in it though.

they still make that kit, its like 22.99 for the factory

Wasn't this ship painted yellow before it was orange? I think that's why your supplied kit decals are orange instead of yellow. And 1200 Watts? Anyway I love the spirit you have going on this channel. You'll be the guy who succeeds in getting kids into our hobby again.

great stuff! cool to see the covering coming to its own with such a vintage model :) Do you know what the intended covering/painting method was for this model originally?

@LondonRCproject Thanks. According to the instructions, it was tinted dope , followed by clear dope to seal the surfaces against all the fuel. But...too much work and stink for me today. Wait til you see what is coming tonight with this plane. More Mixing of the past with Present technology.
