Chef Craig Koketsu of Park Avenue Autumn gets his customers to order broccoli by putting Cheetos all over it. In this week's In Season recipe, Koketsu shares his unlikely pairing in a video demonstration. Its our most popular side dish, he told Rob and Robin in the magazine. It outsells French fries. @rumragget Yeah, i already enjoy steamed broccoli, but I think I would like this soup.
Last week, out of the blue, I made some meatballs without a recipe and they turned out REALLY GOOD. Ground round, A-1 steak sauce, pulverized Cheez-its, instant mashed potato mix, soy sauce, parmesan grated cheeze, italian spice blend, and I forget what else. Maybe that was all. I don't remembear.
Aahhgg. SO good, with linguine and crushed tomatoes.

hmm... I think I would like to try it, even though I doubt I would like it. not a huge fan of cheetos, though I do like everything else in the recipe (gouda, garlic, broccoli, etc.), just maybe not all combined together
