Strathroy United Church organist and music director Edith Hanselman performs three Brahms chorale preludes prior to the May 11, 2008 Pentecost Sunday service. Brahms chorale preludes for organ op. 122, which he wrote shortly before his death, have become an important part of the organist's repertoire.
What, a Tierce de Picady on the last note? Oh well, I forgive her- it is sort of tempting, and it's asking for it. Just felt that last prelude was taken a bit fast (and the others just a tad slow!) My opinion only. Thanks anyway, as it's the only rendition of Herzlich (No. 10, the last one of these 3) I could find on YouTube. Thanks!

Just one of the many reasons I stopped playing. I swore I was going to play "Camptown Races" one Sunday but never had the nerve!

And is someone really handing her a note while she is playing? UGH!

Hilarious, the louder she plays, the louder they talk. Well played; she has my sympathies.
