I subscribe to #3. After many court appearances, I've never lost a case. The ONLY cases I've ever lost were when represented by counsel. Having an attorney is usually WORSE than having none at all. This is true, to get true justice you need money. When you are rich, you automatically get freedom. It's for all us poor saps that have to fight each day to keep what little freedoms we have left. Money buys everything. This has to change somehow, not through socialism, not through communism, that don't work either.

once youre in the court system you run the risk of going bankrupt. the system is designed this way to drain your money away while you fight for justice. guess what most of us will never have justice. only three ways to get legal justice in this world.

1 lots of money, lawyers on average 600 $/hr, you on average 20 $/hr

2 know people that are willing and able to solve your problem

3 having the ability to self represent and win while playing by their rules and avoiding their tricks.
