This machine is for tying 500 g and 1 kg bundles of asparagus.

Equipped with a weight indicator on the positioning frame, just one person creates the bundles and applies two elastic bands by rotating the frame.

This binding machine :

Uses calibrated elastic (1 or 3 rubber strands)
Makes knots without diameter restriction of the product being packed
Binds without damaging the product
Binds properly without wasting string thanks to its new patented system.

Electricity : 230 VAC single phase
Average speed : 160 bundles/hour

For higher speeds, we manufacture automated packing lines that can handle up to 3000 bundles/hour.

All binding machines are CE certified and have been checked by APAVE
