this looks really effective and i will probably use it. but my only problem is this... won't you run out of energy or something meaning that when you go back to chest after doing back, you'll probably be able to do like 6 reps instead of 8?

Really dude? I think his physique speaks volumes on his training knowledge. If u weren't supposed to train two big muscle groups on the same day I doubt my jim would be so fuckin jacked. I'm so sick of people runnin there mouth about shit they have no clue about. Lots of big name trainers advocate back and chest on the same day. Ever heard of charles poliquin? Obviously not he has stated that many bench press record have been achieved after heavy bent rows. Google "working opposing
