  • I have several problems with that last statement.

    1. I'm from CT, which is pretty difficult to label a "southern climate town." I ate raw there. Plenty of people do. Don't get angry at people who choose not to live in the arctic circle.

    2. I don't have multiple natural food stores near me. We have 1 wholefoods market near us, and its selection of raw food products is pretty scant. We have to order a lot of things online.

  • 3. I'm a college student, which would remove me from the yuppy w/ disposable income category.

I'm perplexed as to who is the loser... People trying to make a positive change in the world? Or people who like to insult others over youtube... perhaps you can figure that one out since you're so smart.

  • Recipes PLEASE!

  • @nEWwORLDhOARDER

For sure, there's a bunch of recipes on my blog (just see my channel page) and I'll be sure to upload some videos of some of the recipes featured here. Most of them are from other raw food chefs, so i would have to ask permission first. stay tuned!

  • That's good advice. I got stuck eating kale salads nearly everyday...........lol.

  • haha that's the danger! you have to be creative! i'll upload more videos about what i eat. I would feel deprived if i didn't eat tasty food... the trick is to make it healthy as well! @Artsyblack

  • Hey there! Have you heard the talk about - fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some super things about it and my work buddy got detailed 6 pack abs and lost lots of weight with it.

  • @lerawconteur This is true for where my mother lives in Texas as well. The nearest health food store that has limited supplies and not even fresh produce is about 45 minutes away, further out in the country!

  • @IndigoRoseDiaries If you buy in bulk it works out well. I buy my nuts to make my milk (almond milk) in large quantities to save. And I make my own granola cereal so it averages out to about $1 day for cereal, for lunch I have a quick salad which costs the most out of the whole $5 a day meal process. it roughly works out to $2.50 a day for a small salad. And for Dinner, if you make your own seitan with wheat gluton you buy in bulk (20 pounds will last me a month and costs $25)

  • @PhantomLyric Recipes? :)

  • @AeonBlue07 If I may also interject, It is you who claims class. Patch the chip on your shoulder...perhaps if you would try raw, you'd see that you'd feel a lot better and your depression would lift and things will not seem so dispairing. Also, check online for a local CSA which is actually cheaper than buying produce at the local market for the duration you can get produce from them.

I also second the rebuttal for "yuppie with disposable income". you can even buy vegetables on food stamp

  • @lerawconteur I was hoping you would answer him without being rude yourself. I live in a cold climate because I want to be near my extended family and there is low crime here...AND we are virtually untouched by the massive job losses and tent cities people are experiencing now =) now that I've defended the BEAUTIFUL northern climate I happily live in. I'd like to say I love being raw and where there is a will THERE IS A WAY! Many of us have green houses and there is one natural food store here.

  • might be hard to store that for survival food. is there raw food for long term storage? don't for get to buy guns and ammo soon. get off the eastern sea board as soon as you can afford it. read agenda 21 and codex alimentarius. food looked tasty. zucchini pasta i'll be checking out soon. thanks for the vid ...oh hell one year ago....lmao

  • that looks absolutely delicious....bon appetite...

  • So you single or....? ;) lol
