  • It's funny how he would always refers to himself as a lazy guy to work out, and complaining that there aren't significant results. It takes time, give it perhaps 3 of the 21-day cycles and that's when you should try to compare results. I just laugh when he wants to get all buffed if he's LAZY enough to do it. I don't think anyone will have great results if they don't want to work at it. lol

    I think it's funny how fuxitan has never done anything that anyone will ever care about, and I put myself out there, and have over 100,000 views on the perfect push up videos.

  • Diet is essential. I did diet while doing this review. no fried food, less than 2000 calories a day, and didnt eat after 8 PM. 21 days isn't long enough, but the perfect pushups claimed it was. I don't mind the insults, what I do mind is people who think I'm oblivious to the fact that cardio and diet are needed to obtain the results I'm looking for. This is a review of the perfect pushups 21 day program, not me asking why aren't i ripped yet. So please keep the insults to my lisp and lard.

    well i dun noe much....but .i have time now...but not later.....what can i do...??....i really want to join gym...and make a lean muscular body....but dont want to continue for lifetime....busy routine....if u can help this problem..i'll appreciate it..thanx.

  • I bought the perfect pushups yesterday and I felt a result maybe you should just do some Sit ups run and do some cardio and increase your workout its like messing with a toy but when you get off you feel a pump so I know you gotta want it for me as well
