Here's a quick and easy way of making scrambled eggs. Adding milk to your eggs make them light and fluffy and your family will think you're "The BOMB"! Using just one glass microwavable bowl also reduces clean up time too!!!
Recipie:
Eggs, skim milk, black pepper - mix together in microwave-safe bowl (pryrex is good)
add veggies - I freeze red/yellow bell peppers, mushrooms, green onions.
Microwave until cooked.
Use 2% reduced fat cheese - add to hot eggs/ mix it in so its all cheesy throughout.
Put on-top of Orrow-wheat thin 100 calorie bread. Add avocados and salsa!
