if u have a moisturizer... can u put both, the moisturizer and the prep + prime?which one will u put first?

I'd do moisturizer THEN Prep + Prime. Give them both time to marinate on your skin. It'll feel much better. :)

you didn't apply foundation to your lids...i do that...are you supposed to or not?

For whatever reason, YT is not letting me post my comment. Grrr!!! But I don't apply foundation to my lids because I use eye primers/bases to keep the eye shadow on for a longer period of time. Foundations crease for me. =(
