[Notes:photos of arrest] Police were on the scene quickly and found Kato splattered with blood. [Notes:various of scene - aerials, paramedics]The 25-year-old factory worker allegedly hinted about his plans to attack on the internet beforehand - sending postings from his mobile phone to a bulletin board. The motive for the attack is not clear, but officials say three days before it happened, Kato lost his temper at the auto parts factory where he worked. No charges have been filed against Kato. Police say he is unapologetic, but otherwise cooperative. [Notes:Kato in custody being transferred] Japanese law allows police to hold a suspect for two days, then he must be transferred to the custody of prosecutors who have 20 days to file charges or release him.
