Are nutrition labels accurate? Legally, nutrition labels are not required to be very accurate which stinks. Boo FDA! Apparently they can be legally 20% off! Watch this video to find out more.

  • Now see, that's the sort of stuff that everyone should know and I'm glad you made this video about it. Even if you had already made one, a lot of diethealth subscribers may not have seen it or maybe the subscribers of this channel aren't subscribed to diethealth. Anyway, great video. You are the absolute best health/fitness woman on YouTube and I hope you keep doing this for several years.

  • Thanks for the amazing complement! You made my day/week/month :)

  • you should link to your twitter and to the video you are talking about in the description =)

  • Done and Done! Thanks!

  • great video

could you post the link to that diethealth video tho?

  • I just added it! I meant to include it but forgot! oops :)

  • me gusta ,me intereso

  • what about the other stuff on the nutrition labels? are they accurate? like protein, carbs, fats, etc.

  • i didn't know this! thanks

  • I had no idea about this, but honestly I not the least bit surprised. It definitely encourages me to stop eating processed foods as much.

Sarah, have you tried the Nike+ Sportband? I've been considering buying it, but I'd like to know if you hav any thoughts about it. Thanks!

  • you didnt answer my e-mail :( :( :(

    im really sad

  • lol. You're more than welcome. I mean it too. The best.

  • 20% may seem alot at first, but when you think about it... its quite strict. When you think about smaller facts, eg 4g of protien or fibre in whatever thats between 3.2g-4.8g.

It only starts getting ridiculous when going into large quanities. I wouldnt obsess over it and as sarah said, just eat real foods
