This is an improvisation based on the well known theme by Clint Mansell - Lux Aeterna. This features on the soundtrack to Darren Aronofsky's film 'Requiem for a Dream'. There are also elements from the orchestral arrangement 'Requiem for a Tower' by Simone Benyacar, Dan Nielsen, and Veigar Margeirsson.

  • do you also play on Uprights and Grand Piano`s? would love to hear as you have already mastered the Electric type

  • @Bignadim electric piano/real piano, yes there is a world of difference between the two types, but not when it comes to a players technique/musicality, totally transferable they are.

  • @DieBismarck1 thats not showing off...thats easy, you should see me when I am really showing off ;) bye

  • @glenivice I used to enjoy the feeling of showing off when I was maybe 18 and immature, but now I play purely for my own enjoyment and others, piano is a great instrument in which to show off, probably the best one too. If I am totally honest with everyone, this piece is an easy piano piece and in no way could anyone show off whilst playing this piece, trust me on this. Watch Yuja Wang playing flight of the bumblebee in octaves and youre getting into the showing off teritory :)
