The Two Wheels 2 Anywhere team test ride and demo the BRP Can-am Spyder Roadster at Americade (June 2009) in Lake George NY. We talk to BRP district sales manager Scott Walker about the Roadster and take a group ride to Lake Placid. In this segment, We meet spyder owners from all over the northeast who have gathered here in Lake George to take part in their first inaugural group ride. We interview several Spyder owners and ride up with them through Keene Valley to Lake Placid.

Keen Valley in Adirondack Park , which covers some 6.1 million acres. It's a land area about the size of Vermont, or of the Yellowstone, Yosemite, Grand Canyon, Glacier, and Great Smoky Mountains National Parks combined. Keene Valley has been known as the "Home to the High Peaks" . It proudly has the greatest number of peaks in a single location. The mountains hold a magnificent beauty which draws hikers, climbers and other visitors who wish to experience this breathtaking national park. There are literally hundreds of trails located in the tiny hamlet of Keene, including the trail to the summit of Mt. Marcy, the highest mountain in the state of New York . The Adirondacks state park is not a traditional Park at all. There are no entrance gates, but the park is home to a mix of public and private lands, where thousands of people live, work and play amid mountains, forests and streams. The park makes the perfect location for today's gatherings and group rides

  • Very colorful shots of Whiteface Mountain and Lake Placid scenery. Hats off to a great video about the Can Am Spyder.

  • Thanks Revman600ho! The Spyder really makes it because it's such an unusual vehicle - incidentally, I saw one in my neighborhood today for the first time - would have flagged it down if if I could have :)
