These people need to be fired. Each and every one of them who voted for this tax, and don't kid yourself it is a tax, need to be kicked out of office and tried for treason. This bill has nothing to do with saving the environment. ENRON first came up with this idea back in the day and we all know how corrupt those bastards turned out to be. Its Ironic that Al Gore and the Dems stand to profit from this bill. This bill is all about control and power and will lead to massive corruption.
