Es war, als hätt' der Himmel,
Die Erde still geküßt,
Daß sie im Blütenschimmer
Von ihm nur träumen müßt.

Die Luft ging durch die Felder,
Die Ähren wogten sacht,
Es rauschten leis die Wälder,
So sternklar war die Nacht.

Und meine Seele spannte
Weit ihre Flügel aus,
Flog durch die stillen Lande,
Als flöge sie nach Haus.

Era como si el cielo hubiera,
besado en silencio la tierra,
y ésta en un estallido de flores
soñar con él solo debiera.

El aire acariciaba los campos
meciendo las espigas levemente,
un suave susurro en los bosques,
tan estrellada era la noche.

Y así mi alma desplegó
ampliamente sus alas,
voló por tierras calladas
como si volviera a casa.

Hallo, ich finde die Aufnahme und die Videoaufmachung sehr spannend und gut gelungen. Ich denke, es ist Geschmackssache, ob man bei all den Liedern aus dem Liederkreis lieber eine Männer- oder Frauenstimme hören mag.

Mich würde interessieren, vom wem das Gemälde, das als zweites erscheint, etwa bei 0.20 ist. Den Caspar David Friedrich, der allenthalben heraussticht haben wir erkannt und, daß die Titel der Bilder alle etwas mit Mond zu tun haben. Schöne Idee!

Gute Bilder. Ich würde eine warmsprechende Stimme mit Märchencharakter (mit oder ohne Musik) für dieses Gedicht bevorzugen.

i do not like it all. In my opinion you must not use any vibrato singin this piece! it is not really calm, and this little rubato she make use of before she reaches the highest note of the melody... opera and not "Lied-singing".

Listen to Schreier! As far as I am concerned, he has recorded it in a more adequate way.

The airs flowing/moving over the fields mirrored in the end by the soul also taking wing, to fly home. Interpret it ...
