As I have so many others, I have enjoyed seeing and hearing Ray Pillow on the Country Family Reunion shows. Good to find him here.

Pure traditional country music at it's very finest. What an underrated singer Ray is. This song with it's arrangement really showcases his talent.

As a child I lived across from him on Bernard Circle in Colonial Village in Nashville...his son and I played together and watched his dad perform on "The Noon Show " once... circa 1965...A very nice man.

A fine recording on the First Generation label! I bought the original from the Ernest Tubb Record Shop...mail order to Magnolia, Arkansas!

Ray sounds great with this song - another example of pure country gold. I can't remember the name of the song I first heard him sing years ago - his first top song. I am so happy you have this one - the first time I've heard it, too. We just don't hear much of the good ones anymore sad to say. Thank you for posting this. - Paula
