Can you please help I've done this four times now each at a different point and each time I get an error message saying that it didn't work do I want to go to system restore. The main point I went to was a manual point that I made after re setting up my PC again when all was good. Any ideas why this would keep failing and how I could possibly fix my problems. Many thanks.
