  • the party did a great job by using capitalism and they kill very few people according to china standard. so, not that bad. come on, be honest.

  • ahead of time. cool.

  • Eh? 二屄 Er bai wu. We are not discussing politics, but a really awesome song which resonates with a lot of peoples. Chill, dude, eh?

  • @AntifaAustralia I'm not going to contest your knowledge on this subject because I don't care for arguments. I will, however, say that if you are going to generalize on Americans and call them "stupid" and "ignorant", you would do good to properly capitalize words ("american"; "xiao ping") and be sure to finish with a period.

While we're at it, I might as well add that we are not here to marvel at your insights, but rather to witness Cui Jian's impact on an entire generation. Thank you.

  • I love the sound. Good music.

  • read Beijing Coma by Ma Jian. if you can

  • @AntifaAustralia - How much do you make for a comment like that?

    One Love.

  • @AntifaAustralia, so was the 1989 movement a protest against UN sanctions? Please.

  • @AntifaAustralia

I agree with you..the students for the most part wanted socialism. The narration there was definitely out of touch. However, I would imagine that the students themselves were divided. There probably were some who wanted democracy, so I am hesistant to make a broad statement about what their overall intentions were.

  • 2:30 Communist Maoist brains and Civilian democracy hands.

No you stupid ignorant american, they questioned the meaning of capitalist reform by DENG XIAO PING. they called for socialist peace world wide. They also sung the Internationale, and called the cops Fascists.

China was starving because of UN sanctions during Mao, attacked by the CIA USA. hence Deng xiao ping decided to trade with the west. The capitalist reforms then increased inequality, but made more friends in the greedy world
