  • Hi nice video, could you tell me name of the song ?

  • @Mondestas Thank you. :-) And the tune is Cups by Underworld from the Album Beaucoup Fish.

  • is the footage a bit more clear on a tv?

  • @ninjazoner Not really. In fact, I eventually got rid of the camera because the images weren't very crisp. Amazing image stabilisation comes at the price of soft images it seems.

  • Hi ,nice video. Could you tell me track name in the video ?

    Thanks

  • @danneman40 It's 30fps, or rather 29.97 or whatever standard NTSC is.

And no, no slow motion or anything like that. It's very basic.

  • I;m Glad I Live in England

  • Oh yes, ok. When you record in 16:9 I think it actually records 640x480 and specifies that the pixels get stretched horizontally to 854x480 on playback; I believe this is just a flag in the video file because Windows Media plays the raw files as 16:9 but QuickTime (and YouTube) plays them as 4:3. What I have had to do is import the video into iMovie (or WMM or whatever) and output the clip explicitly setting the size to be 854x480 in the export options. Then upload *that* file to YouTube.

  • its set on 16:9 but when i upload the raw footage to youtube it shows up in 4:3

  • Press the Menu button then take the [ADVANCED] option and choose [ASPECT]. You will get to select 4:3 or 16:9 from there.
