I LOVE James Newton Howard. He's amazing! I had totally forgotten about that Peter Pan track. The beginning gives me chills! The music from The Village is so beautiful. I love it!

Dinosaur is simply awesome! Makes me get goosbumps! Though - not only Dinosaur, every music he ever has composed has this effect on me ;) He's adorable

I am Legend had amazing music... I love the work of James Newton Howard, he is very, very flexible and not as repetative and predictable as many other soundtrack composers

I personally fell in love with Howard's music when I first saw The Sixth Sense.

I love all his music but The Village soundtrack is stunning - stirs up raw emotions with the strings and the power is all in that in that one instrument - thats what makes it for me. His work is just fantastic and I forget just how many great scores he's done.

Honestly i think that James Newton Howard is THE most brilliant and talented composer of this time. Only his music (with the exception of a few others) can really move and inspire me like it does, and its not just some of his music its all of his music. He's a genius!

the village I would say is his best complete work. all together the CD is amazing. He has a lot of great work, but complete work, the village is amazing. I listen to the soundtrack in my car for long road trips or in LA traffic to relax
