Hello, I heard on the radio today, that the corn is in jeapardy and so is the soy beans. Is this area's crops hit hard. :(

My poor home town. ;/

oh there have been reports of looting. It's sickening to think people would do that.
-
Wow this over the top, my prayers go out to everyone there. But the question begs to be asked, Is there going to be looting?stealing and begging for EBT Cards and handouts in the form of government food stamps, while refusing to help rebuild their own town. Nahhh this wont happen because its 91.5 percent white, wonder what that's all about....
Its all under water now...

Yeah -- my heart is breaking. I have video from yesterday that shows the downtown bridges under water.
It is WvBJhDgRfe8 -- dated June 12.

Thanks for posting this. I'm a Cedar Rapids native, and while I lived there nothing like this ever happened. This is truly mind blowing. Do you know if Rompot has flooded yet, I know they were evacuated last night. Keep safe!!

Yes, Rompot is flooded. A levee near there -- one that they had tried to shore up earlier in the day -- gave way and prompted the evacuation. I believe the area was completely flooded within a few hours of the breech.
