  • Hi Novayorker, Strain in your neck is a sign that you need to do some progressive training to work up to this intermediate version. Stregnthen the abs with the "modified wasit slimmer " video or "six pack abs with no neck pain". You can also use the "floor stretch" video to realx your whole spine including the neck. Good luck and enjoy moving for wellness!

  • I will try it.I need to firm my stomach a bit more. I have 7 kids including two sets of twins. So I have a lot more hurdles than most people. However I am very determined and will succeed

  • I read somewhere that oblique exercises can make your waist bigger while your core get strong I dont want that to happen! I want atrim tiny ladylike waist and a toned tummy. I want to be skinny more than anything!!!!!! Not sure about weights...will try LOL
