At the 5th Annual Philadelphia Youth Chamber Competition.

The Markus 4tet half fooling around right before the Concert, playing our Hindemeth Minimax. It's a Dress Rehearsal. notice my purpose out-of-tunes, and Daisuke's bowarm movement is completely exaggerated. It's our way of taking pressure and nervousness out before a concert, by fooling around. (ex: weird hairstyles (Amy & Josh, half-dressed unproperly (Daisuke), not set-up in quartet style. etc.) I was getting too overwhelmed with excitement, I started playing the Saint Saens Concerto No.3 out of nowhere, and Daisuke purposely fell down the chair at the end for extra laughter, as well as a mini-cadenza. The audiences are students from the Manhattan School of Music, Juilliard, and Mannes who also auditioned for this competition. As for results, we tied 1st place with the "Escorial" String Quartet.
