I was there a week ago. A Californian, who had just arrived, said they had camped right where we were sitting a year ago and the water level is now 15 feet HIGHER. So you may want to fact check.

I think its more about caring for ourselves then the earth because the earth doesnt care what we do with it. Its used to mass extincions, and supervulcanos or asteroid impacts messing up the atmosphere for 100's of years.

you left off the other part of the lake the big part I wonder if this is also helped along by the over building of the area by revenue seeking lefty run cities with lots of programs , welcome to ca. style gov good luck

There is seasonal variation, but this shows year-to-year change. The pictures are from once each year (in spring, close to the annual minimum water level). The reservoir level in 2005 was the lowest ever since Lake Powell was filled in the 1960s.
