  • Why is he 'hurt' even before touching?? I mean I can understand some moves that are required in order to avoid harm. But in systema its like they are dancing?? I am not offensive against systema or anything. I am just asking.

  • What's the name of Vlad's student with the beard? I really like the way he's moving. Smooth and dynamic, that's really how I try to move when I practice Systema, and I'm really glad to see that when the dynamic side of the movement is emphasized it is nicely effective. It also really looks like he enjoys the way he is moving. I'd really like to get a seminar with him.

  • @RyeGuyfx

systema would win out.systema is more smooth and natural althou Krav has a lot to offer and is better then most arts but not better then systema

  • Very interesting art. Ive seen some bs in it but it often is in everything. Like Silat and Arnis in some ways more, but im biased. and of course one cant judge much on a vid.Very loose natural movements emphasis on relaxation. Bought some of there VHS some time ago I think I will make my way to Toronto some time to at least take a seminar .As the post before implied, Israeli stuff is interesting too.

  • @mrcharles007

this is very true and even a bit more praticial

  • would love to see ISRAELI KRAV MAGA vs. RUSSIAN SYSTEMA!! THAT WOULD BE A MATCH!!!!!!!!!

  • sometimes I feel like im fighting myself, but ive never seen anyone actually do it until now...:-)
