Maybe, kabbs123 this is someone who has not got their story right, however, it is not necessarily a lie. A lie is saying something you know to be incorrect e.g. saying the windows had been jemmied open when you know they had not is a lie. A blatent lie blown apart by the fact that the windows were in tact and thereby changing the story.
