  • What an awesome dish.

What kind of chillis do you use and do you include the seeds? Keep it up mate, it's addictive. If I had my way I'd curry everything.

  • green chillie - either Indian or African - Kenyan.

NEVER DE-SEED THE CHILLI - I'd like to smash my frying pan on these tv chefs who de-seed AAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH

  • you made me go and get mussels ...Beautiful Presentation. well done mate

  • @noudidnt44 Get a good Iron pan and look after it and the grand kids will thank you for it in the years to come!

  • @gaelicscots yeah I agree..the Indian is much fresher and more suited to here in Queensland,Australia.Fresh light and suited to the climate. The stogy french food is just NOT right !

  • just what I needed for tonights dinner party. Thanks Shaan!!

  • shaans gone international?? :O cilantro bahaha ;P mubarak ji!!

  • @gaelicscots The only way you can say that French food is better than Indian food is if you don't have much tolerance for spice. While I like French food, the complexity of flavors it has doesn't come close to Indian food. I know no other style of cooking that uses so many ingredients. Indian food definitely has the broadest range of tastes of any ethnic cuisine.

  • is this a guy a muslim?

  • Well said Shaan ...its the food fit for the Gods !

  • Awesome demonstration... I can hardly wait to try this... so many ingredients can be daunting but seems to be worth it!
