Rachel's Secret: Now It's Personal

Under broiling conditions at Monmouth Park, Rachel Alexandra tally-hoed the Queen Martha and then galloped out strongly in preparation (I think) for the August 29 Personal Ensign at Saratoga. The Personal Ensign would be the Horse of the Year's first attempt at the classic 10-furlong distance. The nine-furlong, ungraded Lady's Secret was Rachel's second straight win but the water gets deeper from here. Probably all Grade Is ahead.
