@122slinky I'm pretty sure that at this point she was writing most, if not all, of the lyrics. I know Blake wrote the majority of the guitar stuff then. As for the rest, who knows? She may have been writing more of the music by the second album and was writing most of the songs by the third. Next time don't say anything unless you actually know what you're talking about.

I cried.

@122slinky If you don't know nothing about Jenny Lewis and Rilo Kiley, then don't talk.
-
@122slinky I believe she does do a good deal of writing...maybe all of it. Probably not the other instrument parts but the chord changes and words, yes.

This video is great, although it's focused on Jenny. And besides, it's the only live video of this song

do you even play guitar? it's definitely in standard tuning. at least jenny's guitar is. you see the chord shapes and hear the respective chords (c-g-f-....)
-
I assure you it's not
-
i don't know what you're talkin about. jenny's guitar is definitely in standard e tuning
-
yeah but to play it you still have to tune it to the way i stated :P

this is one of my favorite RK songs! I really wish they would perform this.
