Castellorizon - On An Island - Live In Gdańsk - David Gilmour - HD

"Castellorizon" serves as the intro for "On an Island" by David Gilmour. "Live In Gdańsk " was a concert in support of Poland's solidarity in 2006, the DVD "Disk 3" comes with the 3,4, or 5 disk set produced in 2008.

This is Richard Wright's last Pink Floyd performance. Richard passed away on Sept. 15 2008, one week before this recording was released.

I purchased my copy of On an Island at the PX while deployed in Iraq in 05-06. When Live in Gdansk came out, I was in Iraq for a second time, and my soldier Angel sent me a copy in a care package. On an Island is one of my favorite albums. I have put both of my daughters to bed while listening to this album numerous times.

As for myself I hate all of the wars we are in. That said, As a veteran I support the people that are in service for our country. You want to stop the wars go after the war criminals that start them and keep us in them, not the people that are serving your country.
