Russell Brand Has Run-In with Paps at LAX.

Watch the drama unfold as Russell Brand takes on the paparazzi gauntlet while he and fiancee Katy Perry make their way into LAX airport in Los Angeles Friday afternoon.

In the video, the paparazzi is seen converging on the popular couple as they make their way from their vehicle into the airport. As the photographers get too close, the 'Get Him to the Greek' and 'Arthur' star begins shoving select paps out of the way, even swiping at one's camera.

Russell was subsequently placed under citizen's arrest by a photographer and taken into custody on suspicion of battery by police. He was later booked by the LAPD and released on his own recognizance.

im totally on russell's side. Im on every celebrities side always when it comes to paparazzi conflicts. they are like fucking little knats, and especially if the paparazzi were taking pictures of katy's dress I would go beserk. One thing that did surprise me about watching the actual footage is russell walking so far in front of katy, I would have expected him to have her pulled right behind him protectively. Don't take my observation as me hating on russell! Im not judging him about it!!! :P
