  • You can

Hi I have an answer from Johnnie. Use normal food colouring, but you would have to make sure that the colouring allows extreme heat, 180c is quite hot and most 'household' food colourings wouldn't work. We use a specialist company called MSK Ingredients. Once the sugar has hardened, you can bring it back, it would

have to be gentle heat and you may have to re-pull the sugar.

  • Beautiful! mi amigo, you are the best.

    Can I have the recipe?

The food colorings are the same ones you use in icings for cakes?

Once the candy gets hard and you want to change the shape, can you do it if you warm it?

Thank you very much in advance

  • Hi there. I will find out the details from Johnnie and let you know. I know that the food colourings are professional colourings used in catering. Cheers S
