i dont remember seeing this cutscene when i went through the game???come to think of that i dont remember there is a chapter 12 or 13 neither.THE WORLD GONE MAD RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!!!!!!! still... an awsome cut scene.THUMPS UP if you think lighting is so badass
