i am merely predicting a very likely scenario if our unrestricted growth and exploitation of the planet continues and no cataclysmic natural disaster(s) occur very soon only 2 options remain.

1) the least lethal but most oppressive option

2) all out war over the most desirable landmasses/resources

there are exceptions

3) reward those between age 21-50 who don't produce offspring, with a yearly bonus which increases per year

4) twins, etc are acceptable

5) if a child dies, parents can:

a) impregnate a volunteer with their own stored sperm/egg without the volunteers loss of right under rule 1 (compensation is a private matter)

b) adopt

it looks like unrestricted reproduction and travel has caused the overpopulation problem we can fix that 1) limit max offspring per couple to 1 when mandatory monthly pregnancy test is pos a) DNA check fathers ID b) temp. sterilize father c) after giving birth irreversibly sterilize BOTH parents d) kill all men who "cheat" rule 1 2) reward voluntary irreversible sterilization before any offspring is produced with: a) better housing b) higher income c) premium health care d) unrestricted travel
