Before cancer therapy, syphilis treatment and small pox vaccinations people lived for centuries before they finally died. And before energy drinks and Viagra, men in their 90s and 100s were still getting it up... I don't even need to make fun of this chapter. It's that ridiculous.

apparently if you do the math and work out how long ago they were born, you will find out that some of adams descendants from the bible aren't even supposed to be born untill a few hundered years ago! so the bible describes people that hadn't even been born when it was written, nice!

Adam died only 56 years before noah wa born? thats soooo close. thats like 5 and a half years by our life expectancy... weird close to meeting his great great great great great great great grandson

No problem here. According to the Elohim we werre made to live forever. That was the original plan. Adam and Eve sinned due to the free will YHWH gave and thus death was introduced. YHWH told Adam and Eve that they would do. Certainly the serpent was wise knowing that in that moment they ate they would still be alive,but in the long run death was the ultimate result of their disobedience.
