In order to be able to analyze the past, present and even future of your activity - involving internal factors (e.g. performance) and external ones (e.g. competitors), we use the SWOT analysis. This first video (out of two) shows how the marketing scan can be done by collecting and hierarchizing Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities (that depend on us and others that do not) and Threats (that depend on us and others that do not). All the rest, in this first video out of two!
The next video; SWOT & TOWS Analysis (2), completes the SWOT and demonstrates how can TOWS analysis assist our marketing planning.
