Critical Mass - Critical Morons

Critical Mass is a bunch of bikers wanting fairness on the roads.
A noble cause, but it consists entirely of morons that think the burden of their safety should be on the automobiles exclusively.

These kids (and even the adults are kids) have no problem with lane shifting, going through red lights and stop signs, utterly disregarding traffic laws as a whole, and speeding faster than their own reaction times.

But the problem isn't them, it's the cars, right?

So they organize Critical Mass, not to spread a point, but to piss off car drivers. All this does is make things worse by making the drivers respect the riders less and therefore be less curteous. Doesn't stop the bikers from doing this often.

They're idiots, self righteous, obnoxious idiots with no ability to think outside of what immediately effects their lives.


Fun game - count the beards and dreads and try to figure out how many of them are spitting in people's lattes at their alternative coffee bars every day, because these are all either baristas or dumpster-vegans.



A note to the Critical Mass/Bike Punks sure to end up here: you aren't helping yourselves. You are being noticed, sure, but in a bad way. By pissing off drivers you are hurting your cause by straining relations on both sides. Rather than making them understand your concerns, and gaining sympathy, you are starting a war, with your sticks against their tanks. The safest thing for you guys to do, and the way to make sure you're always going to be ok, is just ride slower. Don't zoom as fast as you can. Cars don't drive at their top speed, neither should you. And understand that you're actually very hard to see, be aware of it, and take it into account when you make your decisions.
