I have now owned 6 XFX Video cards and they have all been great! The service matches

  • This is good news, I just sent in my 5870 to XFX. I had no video on resume from S3 overnight, no video on cold boot from off, and flickering across all 3 monitors with any flash content. They were quick to respond to my questions, and took my word that I had tried everything to pinpoint that the card was at fault. I will be glad to get another 5870, or a 6950. I'll know in a few days.

  • You are right, I just submitted a ticket, 10 minutes later I just received a response from Kevin at XFX!

  • @rob454525 Nice! When I sent my other video card in to be upgraded it took 2 days after it got to them for them to ship out the new one. Super fast haha.

  • @misterpc23 FYI the only real gripe I have with XFX as you can tell. Is there response time. And you can only contact them via email. No phone support. Everything else with XFX is OUTSTANDING! And trust me I have had to do many RMA's. I should by now be a VIP like yourself.

  • @misterpc23 Yep I'm sure you were. Or they just favor you much better than the rest. Sure UPS dose home pick up for $10. NO thank you. Checking the XFX support this morning. Yep. No response back from last night's message. Something I have come to expect. Oh well.

  • @HvyMetal49 I might have just been lucky then. But this was my experience with them, I can't speak for the company and say they were all like that (Though that would be amazing) And I'm pretty sure UPS does home pick up now.

  • I’m in the process of getting one of my old card’s RMA. However I don’t really agree on XFX getting back to someone in minutes. Due to the fact I emailed them a day ago. And it takes them a day to respond back. Then I respond back. And another day for them to respond back again. See where this is going? So I would have to say they really much like you. Not only that. It’s not like I can go down to my local UPS store and send of the defective card. I have to drive 45 miles to the closet UPS store
